I joined the Little Sparrows team in September 2022. I am married with one grown up son and hold an NVQ3 qualification. I have 18 years' experience of working with children in a school setting. I initially worked with preschool children in the nursery before moving to a support role as a classroom assistant. For the last three years I worked in a one-to-one role for a child with dyslexia. I am excited to join the team at Little Sparrows and get to know the children and support them in their early years.

Pauline

Nursery Assistant

I am delighted to have the opportunity to join Little Sparrows in 2024. I have always taken a personal interest in Psychology, Neuroscience and Well-being and I will soon begin to study for my Level 3 qualification in Childcare.

I feel it’s important to recognize and support the uniqueness and spirt of each child. I advocate a holistic and intuitive approach to child development and learning. Facilitating self-agency, during their daily activities, through creative, imaginative and physically active play.

It’s an absolute privilege and a pleasure spending time with the children.

‘Children are our greatest teachers’ - I learn from them every day!
